  • Tomer Cencinski, 28 year-old Canadian goalkeeper with Israeli citizenship, arrived at Maccabi Tel Aviv during the January 2013 transfer window from the Swedish club Örebro SK. The 6 foot 2 inch Cencinski, who made 15 league appearances for Örebro, was born in Tel Aviv before moving with his family to Canada. Cencinski turned professional in 2007 and spent most of his six year career playing in North America for the sides SC Toronto, Detroit Ignition, Newark Ironbound Express and the Harrisburg City Islanders. In Europe he played for the Moldavian club FC Nistru Otaci and the Finnish side Vaasan Palloseura.

Cencinski was one of three goalkeepers on the Maccabi championship squad in 2012/13, together with Vincent Enyeama and Barak Levi. He made one league start on the last day of the season, when Maccabi lost to Bnei Yehuda.
