  • Reef Peretz first joined the senior team in the 2009/10 season and, after two appearances in the Toto (League) Cup, was included in the starting eleven for the season's first league match against Bnei Sakhnin and played 45 minutes. That season, Peretz was still part of the Maccabi Tel Aviv Youth Team, and he appeared for the first team only in one further Toto Cup game and in the last league match of the season, a victory over Ashdod FC. In the 2010/11 season, Peretz played on the senior team in eight league games and won the double with the Maccabi Tel Aviv Under-19s.

The following year was destined to be his opportunity to break into the senior squad, but unfortunately for the young defender a knee injury forced to him to watch most of the 2011/12 season from the sidelines. Only in the last league match of the season, in a 3-2 win against freshly crowned champions Kiryat Shmona, was Peretz able to make his first appearance, only to be injured once again. The 2012/13 championship season was almost identical, as Peretz once again incurred a knee injury in the first round of the Toto Cup against Hapoel Tel Aviv and was sidelined until the last part of the season. His return to play came in the championship match against Hapoel Ramat Hasharon and he made further appearances in matches against Ironi Kiryat Shmona and Bnei Yehuda.
