What is the Silver Business Season Ticket?
Business owners who are interested in advertising their company are eligible to receive an advertising expense invoice of 65% of the cost of their Season Ticket. As part of the Season Ticket, the company’s logo will appear with the club’s other business partners on the bigs screen prior to every Israel Premier League Light Ha’Al home match at the stadium.

Will they points that I accumulated from the Points System in 2017/18 rollover to the 2018/19 season?
After the success of the Points System for away matches the Club has decided to continue the program. Please note: The points accumulated last season will roll over to this coming campaign.

  • As a reminder Season Ticket Holders accumulate a full point while non-season ticket holders earn half a point.

Can I have the same seat location for home matches that are not part of the season ticket (Europe, State Cup, TotoCup – knockout round)?
2018/19 Season ticket holders have the same seat for Israel Premier League matches only.
The Club will do its best to accommodate season ticket holders should they want to purchase the same seats for other competitions, but does not guarantee that season ticket holders will be able to have the same seat for other competitions.


How can I renew my season ticket? (Beginning on Tuesday June 5th at 12:00 until June 29th at 12:00)

You can renew your season ticket through the following methods:
Leaan Website – If you encounter a technical problem when renewing your season ticket through the Leaan website, please send an email to support@leaan.co.il and a representative will be in touch with you.
Leaan Ticket Office – 101 Dizengoff Street, Tel Aviv, Sunday-Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-13:00
Telephone – By calling Leaan *8778 – Sunday-Thursday 09:00-18:00, Friday 09:00-13:00.
Due to the heavy call volume expected, there are other locations to renew your season ticket and preference should be given to the Leaan Website and your personal area.

What information will I need when renewing my season ticket?

When renewing your season ticket you will need the following information:
1) 2017/18 season ticket number
2) Teudat Zehut ID Card
3) Address, Email, mobile phone number

What happens if my season ticket is stolen or lost during the season?
Just as we’ve already reminded you, please keep your 2017/18 Season Ticket card as the 2018/19 Season Ticket will be placed on the same card. The cost of issuing a new season ticket during the renewal period is 50 NIS, while during the course of the season the cost is 100 NIS regardless of the cause or theft.
We recommend that you don’t carry the season ticket in your wallet when there is no need to since it may be stolen or lost.

I’ve arrived at the stadium and I forgot my Season Ticket, what can I do?
It is not possible to print a ticket from your Season Ticket during the course of the season. In rare exceptions, the Season Ticket holder only may speak with a customer service representative at the Box Office to see of they can assist. You must come to the match with your Season Ticket in hand. Service will not be provided to anyone who is not a Season Ticket Holder.

Can someone else renew my season ticket for me? (If I’m outside of Israel/can’t come/live far away etc…) (For Season Ticket Holders Only) 

Yes. A power of attorney and a copy of the Teudat Zehut associated with the season ticket will be needed.
Other information will be needed including: Email, mobile phone number, home address and birth date.

My season ticket is in Section X. Can I move my season ticket to a different section? (For Season Ticket Holders Only)You will need to complete the attached form during the Season Ticket renewal Period. The Club will do its utmost to respond to all of the requests received, however, completing the form does not guarantee that your location will be changed.

  • Season Ticket Holders who have not renewed their subscriptions by June 29th at 12:00 will not be able to change their location and will lose their Season Ticket rights for the 2018/19 season.

How can I transfer my season ticket rights? (For Season Ticket Holders Only)

Season ticket ownership may be transferred by filling out the following form along with attaching a copy of your Teudat Zehut together with a copy of the other party’s Teudat Zehut and contact information of both parties.
We recommend that if you are using a Season Ticket under someone else’s name to transfer the ownership properly in order not to have any issues during the season.

I want to obtain a transferred season ticket but the owner is out of the country or unavailable. How can I make this transaction nonetheless? (For Season Ticket Holders Only)

Ownership transfer of season tickets can only be done with a signed form from the seller. A season ticket may not be transferred without a copy of the Teudat Zehut form, copy of the season ticket and a signed power of attorney. Ownership transfer may be done only during the renewal period.

I am a season ticket holder and I don’t want to renew my seats this season. If the Club moves to another stadium can I renew my season ticket?
No. Priority will be given to current season ticket holders.

Can I cancel my Season Ticket?
As per the Consumer Protection Regulations (2010), the cancellation fee as at a rate of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100 – whichever is lower.
