Ticket Guidelines

As per the instructions of the Police and the Football Association every fan, no matter what age needs a ticket to enter the stadium

Ticket Window Configuration at the Netanya Stadium:
Ticket Window 1 – Ticket Collection for Pre Sales
Ticket Window 2 – Ticket Collection and Ticket Sales for Visiting Club fans
Ticket Window 3 – Ticket Sales for Maccabi Tel Aviv fans

Discounted Ticket Guidelines:
Discounted tickets are available for those that meet the following criteria:

  • Women
  • Children & Youth up to the age of 18 (with presentation of ID)
  • Soldiers in service (with presentation of ID)

Fans attempting to enter the Stadium with a discounted ticket who do not meet one of the above criteria will be ejected from the Stadium and will need to purchase a full price ticket for the same location without the application of the initial payment.

Ticket Printing Guidelines:
If a fan forgot their season ticket or forgot to print their ticket, they may take the following measures to enter the Stadium:

  • Present their ID associated with the season ticket or ticket purchase at the ticket window
  • Present their credit card that was used for the transaction
  • Pay 10 NIS to print the ticket

Please note: Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club reserves the right not to print a new ticket for those who have used this service a number of times.

Scalpers and Used Tickets:
Unfortunately we have come across quite a number of fans who have purchased tickets from unauthorized sellers. We will not be able to help those fans who come to the ticket windows after not being granted entrance into the stadium since in most cases they have bought tickets which have already been used. We urge you to purchase tickets from the Club’s authorized sellers only when published on the Official Maccabi Tel Aviv FC Website.

Entrance for the physically challenged:
Maccabi Tel Aviv continues its long standing policy of not charging for physically challenged fans and their chaperones and will provide these tickets free of charge. However, you must register in advance by sending an email to support@leaan.co.il with a scanned copy of your disability certificate. Priority will be given to the physically challenged fans who have been attending Maccabi Tel Aviv matches in the past, however when registration opens a week before the match, you still must submit a request. There is a limited amount of places accessible for those in wheelchairs and to ensure the safety of the fans admittance of more fans than the limited places will not be possible.

Please note:

  • Those who do not register in advance will not be able to enter
  • We would like to emphasize that entry for physically challenged fans is for those who use wheelchairs on a permanent basis.
