Yellow Friday 2025 – FAQ

We compiled several questions that may help you during the purchasing process and save you plenty of time. In the event you did not find the answer you were looking for, you may contact our Customer Service in the following ways:

What are the delivery times?

We commit to delivering orders within up to 7 working days for home delivery and for pickup from the store at Kiryat Shalom. If you chose self-pickup, please come only after receiving an SMS notification – your order is ready for pickup only once you receive an SMS. Please note that due to the current situation, delays may occur.

How will I know my order was received?

An order confirmation will be sent to your Email within up to 15 minutes from the time the order is received.

I have a discount coupon/refund. How can I use it?

During the November sales events, the use of coupons will not be permitted.

Can one use two coupons?

Coupons may not be used during the November sales events.

Can I combine several orders I made?

Due to the expected workload, order consolidation will not be possible.

Can I add items to an order after it has been completed?

Adding items to an order after it has been completed is not possible.

Can I change the size after placing my order?

For orders placed during Yellow Friday, no changes can be made once the order is completed.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not been processed in the warehouse, it may be canceled. If the order has already been shipped to the customer, the customer must receive the order and then arrive at the store or contact Customer Service if they wish to cancel.

Is the website secure?

Yes. All purchases through our website are secure.

Can I place an order without registering on the website?

Certainly. You may order as a guest.

Can I pay in cash / Are installment payments available?

Installment payments are available on the website; in the official club stores at Bloomfield and Kiryat Shalom you may pay in cash.

Questions regarding exchanges/returns:

I purchased products and after receiving the delivery the size is not suitable. Can I exchange?

Certainly. You may come to our stores to make an exchange; exchanges via courier are not available.

How can I exchange or return an item I purchased?

An exchange or return for an item purchased on the website may be made within 14 working days from the day the delivery was received. The exchange must be carried out by the customer.

Are the YELLOW FRIDAY promotions available in-store?

Yes, the promotions are valid in the stores as well.

What are the store opening hours?

Bloomfield store: Sunday–Thursday 10:00–18:00, Friday 10:00–14:00.

Kiryat Shalom store: Sunday–Tuesday 14:00–18:00.

Can I check the availability of product/size in the store by phone?

During the promotional days, checking or reserving products will not be possible.
