In a ruling handed down on the 6th of November, the high court of the Israel Football Association (IFA) have determined that Hapoel Tel Aviv have acted in violation of the regulations of the IFA regarding the prices of tickets for visiting fans for the upcoming Derby against Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Maccabi Tel Aviv FC are disappointed on behalf of their fans that the court chose not to require Hapoel Tel Aviv to lower the price for tickets for visiting fans for this match.
Nevertheless the club are satisfied that this ruling will guarantee that in future every team will be obliged to abide by the regulations and will desist from acting in such a way as to make financial gain from such pricing policies
