Referee Roi Reinschreiber's final whistle after Monday night's victory over Hapoel Ramat Hasharon was the signal for the entire Maccabi Tel Aviv squad and the thousands of ecstatic fans in the terraces of the National Stadium to start the celebrations of Maccabi's 2012/13 Israeli Premier League title. Striker Eliran Atar ran amuck with his Championship plate, defender Yoav Ziv hid his under his jersey and defender Carlos Garcia played with his like a frisbie. Midfielder Maharan Radi: "This is an amazing feeling". Maccabi Tel Aviv owner Mitch Goldhar made his way from terrace to terrace and celebrated with the fans. "I feel fantastic, very happy and very proud. The club's success this year is the result of a lot of people's very hard work". The owner's representative in Israel, Jack Angelides, added: "This was a fine season, lots of hard work, a great deal of satisfaction and I am very happy." Watch the video clip.
