Ten days after the clip “Giving Racism the Boot” resonated throughout the sporting world, Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club decided to roll away the clip’s production curtains and give its fans a unique look behind the scenes. In the early hours of the morning Bloomfield Stadium was already alive and fully motivated with a director, make-up artists, a film crew and six Maccabi Tel Aviv players, who hardly needed any coaching to say straight to the camera what was on their minds – the change must start today! Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club has high hopes that its fans will also put their full weight behind the club’s efforts to make every match a model of tolerance and a wealth of enjoyment for everyone participating.
