Maccabi Tel Aviv defender Yoav Ziv talks of his preparations for the match against Beitar Jerusalem in a special video interview for the club's official website

Having played more than three seasons with rivals Beitar Jerusalem, defender Yoav Ziv, now in his third season with Maccabi Tel Aviv, has accumulated any number of memories of his former club. Shortly before his first encounter this season with the ex, he talks about his time at Beitar.  "We won titles, played good football and had great fun".  The game on Monday, hosted by Beitar Jerusalem, will take place at the National Stadium in Ramat Gan after Beitar Jerusalem were penalised for supporter misconduct, preventing them from hosting the game at their home venue, Teddy Stadium. Ziv is sorry for that: "It's more fun to play at Teddy, the fans are closer to the pitch".  Ziv also has special memories of Fridays in the capital, but that apart, he ends the interview with the issue most important to him and Maccabi his Maccabi Tel Aviv teammates this coming Monday.  Watch the full interview.
