The penultimate line of the Maccabi Tel Aviv defensive line, centre half Eytan Tibi, gives us a peek into his personal life in a special videotaped interview for the official Maccabi Tel Aviv website

Eytan Tibi made his maiden appearance in a yellow jersey in matchweek 2 against Maccabi Netanya. Since then the defender hasn't missed as much as a minute of play, and managed to get himself a call-up for the Israeli national team into the bargain. Just before this second match of the season against his former club, Ironi Kiryat Shmona, Tibi gave us this personal interview and tells us, among other things, about moving from the small town of Kiryat Shmona to the big city of Tel Aviv with a touch of humour: "There are a lot more shopping malls here in Tel Aviv". He also spoke of his move on a more serious and professional note: "It was a great experience winning that historic championship with Kiryat Shmona. But now I'm with a truly big club, Maccabi Tel Aviv". Have a look at the full interview
