Starting this season smoking at Bloomfield Stadium will be restricted to specially designated areas

In accordance with the law restricting smoking in public places and exposure to smoke, smoking has been forbidden in such public places as restaurants, centres for entertainment and commercial activity, on public transport, in lifts, in medical centres, at educational institutions and in governmental offices.

The law has recently been expanded to include sports stadiums, where smoking will only be allowed only in specific areas designated by the stadium management. The penalty for infringement is a fine of NIS 1,000.

In conformance to these changes in the law, smoking at Bloomfield Stadium will henceforth be restricted to specially designated areas located at the entrances to all the gates at the stadium. These areas will be in operation from ten minutes before kick-off until ten minutes after the start of the second half.

We look forward to the full cooperation of all football fans in ensuring that each match will be an enjoyable experience for each and every supporter who comes to the stadium.
