Maccabi Tel Aviv celebrated Christmas with their foreign players and coaching staff

All over the world, people are now in the midst of observing the festive Christmas season. For the foreign players and coaching staff of Maccabi Tel Aviv, Christmas far from home may be a familiar experience but nonetheless celebrating the holiday without families and loved ones is an experience one never really gets used to. That's why at Maccabi the decision was taken to provide these members of the Maccabi family with some extra seasonal cheer. In order to create a bit of traditional holiday atmosphere before today's Christmas day practice, the dressing room at the Kiryat Shalom training ground was all decked out with festive decorations, including a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. And what would Christmas be without presents? In their traditional place under the tree were gift boxes for each foreign player and member of the foreign coaching staff. On behalf of the club, Maccabi Tel Aviv's head of football administration, Ariel Avram, wished them all a very Happy Christmas and expressed the club's hope that they will all continue to feel at home here with the Maccabi family.
