95 years ago today Avraham Avraham, Maccabi’s oldest fan was born. The club is in constant contact with Avraham, and today for his birthday both the club and the Achim LeSemel organization organized a party at a local cafe. Maccabi “Shachar” defensive back Maksim Grechkin and the head of the goalkeeping coaches and special projects Chen Abdu came to the event.
Maksim Grechkin spoke about the party to the official website: “A few hours before our training session we celebrated together with Avraham Avraham his 95th birthday, a number that I can’t even imagine. It’s a huge honor for me to represent the club at these types of events especially because of his history and his support for the club.”
