With no goals in 90 minutes as well as 30 minutes of extra time, both teams faced each other for a penalty shoot-out. Yakir Zilberman and Bar Lin had their spot kicks saved by Be’ersheva’s keeper, but Maccabi’s custodian Roei Amedi saved the next three spot kicks and Roei Nabi successfully converted his penalty to send Dedi Ben Dayan’s side to the Quarter Finals.
