The final whistle at Bloomfield Stadium for the game against Hapoel Beer Sheva left us all with many fond memories and images of the splendid performance of our lads in Yellow. So many in fact that we decided for this match to focus on the man who for the past 30 years or so has been been making all those fascinating and memorable pictures at Maccabi Tel Aviv games, "Walla" photographer Bernie Ardov. For him it may have been just another "day at the office", but a match with so many spectaular moments proved the perfect opportunity for him to show and explain to us just how he gets the best out of his match images. From Steve Gohouri's post-goal celebration to the expression on the face of the Beer Sheva goalkeeper after fishing a fifth Maccabi ball out of his net, Ardov tells us how, through his pictures, his readers don't just get to see a bit of the match, they get to feel some of the excitement as well.
