Maccabi Tel Aviv central defender Eytan Tibi was today's guest at the official Maccabi Tel Aviv Facebook page's "Live Chat", answering a whole range of questions put to him by the team's supporters

After just a little over a year with the club, centre half Eytan Tibi has become an integral component of the Maccabi Tel Aviv defensive back line, and the component that keeps opposing attackers at safe distance from the Maccabi goal. Since joining the club in September 2012, Tibi has missed just one league match and today, as ever, he made a reliable appearance at the "Live Chat" studio at the official Maccabi Tel Aviv Facebook page to answer as many questions as possible put to him by the club's devoted fans, not only concerning his life as a footballer but as a person as well.

One of the professional questions put to him by fan Guy Shapira concerned his going forward in attack and the team formation with three defenders: "I've always had the inclination to go forward but it goes without saying that I have to accommodate my movements to the nature of the game to see when it's appropriate. As for playing with three defenders, I've been in that formation before, and it's up to us to play just like the coach asks".  As for his personal life, fan Moshe Ben Bassat asked him a question concerning his daily routine: "I have a very fixed daily routine. Breakfast, practice, lunch at Kiryat Shalom (training ground) and a little rest afterward and the evenings I devote to my chores and family matters".

In addition to these and other questions, Tibi was prepared to reveal what European team he supports, if there are wedding bells in his future and whether or not he'd accept an invitation to go for a curry. All this and much more await you at the official Maccabi Tel Aviv Facebook page.
