"Start" Car Services Ltd. have announced the expansion of their sponsorship of Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club into the 2013/14 season, with an option of extending that sponsorship an additional three years. As part of the agreement between the two, the logo of "Start" Car Services Ltd. will be printed on the kit trousers of both the senior and the Youth Division teams. The company will also enjoy the benefits of expanded exposure on the club's marketing platform, including banners on the LED screens and the giant screen at Bloomfield Stadium, exposure in the club's media outlets and partnerships with senior team players.

This sponsorship agreement represents a continuation of a partnership between "Start" and Maccabi Tel Aviv Football Club that has been in existence for six years, during which time the company, under the ownership of businessman Mickey Kopell, have invested heavily in the club.

The "Start" Company, under the ownership of Mickey Kopell , was founded in 1999. The company specialises in the sale to their customers of vehicle service and liability agreements in addition to services in other areas such as repairs of both home and office electric and electronic appliances. Under the name IKOPELL, the company have recently expanded their services to smartphone maintenance as well. "Start" provide their services to some 250,000 customers throughout Israel.
