The yellows captain summed the 3-0 victory over Maccabi Akhi Nazareth and the qualification to the State cup final

Maccabi Tel Aviv captain , Sheran Yeini , could not hide his satisfaction from making it to the State cup final. However, he couldn't hide his disappointment from his own as well as his teammates performance during the 3-0 victory over Maccabi Akhi Nazareth.

“I hope that we will win the State cup final when time comes, but we have three more league games and we need to maintain good form and to be ready because yesterday’s ability wasn’t good enough”. Added Yeini.
The captain admitted that Zahavi’s first goal came from a drill the team worked on in training sessions. “We are happy to score from a set-play we have been working on. It’s fun. It is also nice to start a game with an early lead. I really hope it wasn’t the reason for the less convincing first half performance. Personally the early lead gave more confidence”.

Regarding the State cup final he added: “We want to go as far as possible in every competition. We won the Toto Cup, qualified to the State Cup final and we are in a good position to win the league so in the meantime things are going well.
