The identity of Maccabi’s opponents will be determined after Sheriff Tiraspol and Aluminij meet in the first qualifying round, with their two-legged tie scheduled for July 9th and 16th.

Sheriff, winners of the Moldovan Cup, finished last season as runners-up in the Moldovan league, while Aluminij secured qualification by winning the Slovenian Cup and ended the 2025/26 league campaign in seventh place.

Having been drawn second, Maccabi, that will host its matches in Batumi, Georgia, are now awaiting official confirmation from UEFA on the dates and order of matches that are scheduled for July 23rd and 30th.
