In light of the high demand for Season Tickets to the team’s home matches, and with the aim of maximizing stadium seat utilization while making unused seats available to additional fans, Maccabi Tel Aviv will implement a new attendance policy for season ticket holders beginning with the 2026/27 season.

Under the new policy, a season ticket holder who records fewer than 13 attendances at home matches included in the season ticket package during the 2026/27 season may, at the club’s discretion, lose their priority right to renew their season ticket for the 2027/28 season.

What will count as attendance under the policy?

Entry to a match using the personal season ticket.

Listing the ticket for resale through the club’s official RESALE platform, even if the ticket is not ultimately sold.

To receive attendance credit through the resale system, the ticket must be listed for resale no later than 24 hours before kick-off, unless otherwise announced for a specific match.

It is important to note that transferring a ticket to another user, or giving it away outside the official resale system, will not be considered attendance for the purposes of this policy.

Improved RESALE benefits

At the same time, the club is enhancing the resale programme. Beginning with the 2026/27 season, season ticket holders whose tickets are successfully sold through the official resale system will be entitled to a refund equal to the proportional value of that match from the season ticket price they paid.

For example, a supporter who purchased a season ticket for NIS 1,500 covering 18 home matches will be entitled to a refund of NIS 83.3 for each match in which their ticket is successfully resold through the system.

Responsibility for processing the refund will rest with ‘Leaan’, in accordance with its policies and procedures.

Maccabi Tel Aviv FC believes that combining an incentive to attend matches with expanded use of the resale platform will allow more supporters to enjoy the team’s matches, contribute to a better atmosphere in the stands, and ensure optimal use of seating throughout the stadium.

The above is a summary only. The full and binding provisions will be detailed in the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions and the complete policy for the 2026/27 season.
