UEFA Youth League: Maccabi ‘Shahar’ held to 1–1 draw by FC Zürich

 A late equaliser cancelled Ido Yossef's 78th-minute lead as Maccabi Tel Aviv ‘Shahar’ were held to a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the UEFA Youth League second qualifying round away to Swiss side FC Zürich. Maccabi will host the return leg in Gyor on November 3rd.

 Maccabi Tel Aviv 'Shahar' win the U19 league title on the final day of the season in the most dramatic fashion with a 3-2 victory away to Maccabi Haifa. Dan Romann's side finished the season with 63 points ahead of second place Hapoel Tel Aviv on goal difference to win the U19 championship after 8 years.
