Biton, joined the Bulgarian Champions PFC Ludogorets Razgrad in July 2019 from Ashdod FC and scored for Ludogorets 3 goals in 27 appearances in all competitions. Following their elimination in the Champions League qualifiers, Biton and the Bulgarians qualified for the Europa League group stage and won the league title at the end of the season.

In 43 appearances in all competitions, Biton made during his loan spell from Ludogorets last season, he scored seven goals, four of which in the league. Biton, who was instrumental during Maccabi’s successful Europa League campaign, scored three goals in 12 appearances in Europe
