Eyal Golasa, the Yellow & Blue veteran midfielder looked ahead to Tuesday night’s Championship Playoff clash at Maccabi Netanya at the Netanya Stadium at 19:30. He began by discussing that this season will be Jordi Cruyff’s last at Maccabi:

“We all knew what’s going on and everything is going as usual. We knew beforehand about Jordi leaving so it wasn’t a surprise.”

Converting his chances:
“I have had a lot of chances and I think that once one goes in so will the others.

Omer Atzily’s return to the squad:
“Omer is important to Maccabi and he was missed when he didn’t play, but it will be up to Jordi if he will be in the squad against Netanya.”

Winning titles at Maccabi:
“Maccabi is a Club that wants to win all of the titles during the season and we have to keep pushing to do that.”

Professionals and giving it their all:
“We are professionals and we give the best we can at every training session and every game. We will continue to work hard with the goal of winning the championship.”

Thoughts on the future staff at Maccabi being foreign or Israeli:
“I don’t care if it’s a foreign staff or Israeli staff, it doesn’t make a difference to me either way. I haven’t been at Maccabi for a long time, but it’s natural for any new staff to make changes to the squad.”
