Bnei Yehuda 1:3 Maccabi “Oded” Tel Aviv
After the winterization break, the Under-17 side got back to business on the pitch against Bnei Yehuda in the Little Tel Aviv Derby and picked up their 7th win in as many matches good for first place. Raava Assayag scored a brace while Omri Ram slotted home a goal as well. Head Coach Eliezer Ben Aharon summed up the victory: “During the first half we played as planned against Bnei Yehuda at their pitch. The pace the slowed down over the second half and we didn’t play as intelligently. Regardless, we did win another match as part of this process and now we can turn our attention to Maccabi Haifa on the next League Matchday, but first we have a Cup contest against Herzliya.”

Ironi Kiryat Gat 0:4 Maccabi “Eldad” Tel Aviv
The club’s Under-15 South squad also came back after the break with an away win at Kiryat Gat on Matchday 7 moving the team into first place. Oscar Gluch recorded a hat trick and Rom Gross added an additional marker. Head Coach Ori David spoke about the win: “We were able to do the things we practiced well and we scored 4 nice goals. Too bad we couldn’t finish off the last play. All in all we’re very content.”
