The procedure was performed by Dr. Ram Efrati, Head of Trauma at Shamir Medical Center, together with Maccabi’s team doctor, Dr. Dror Lindner, Head of the Sports Injuries and Arthroscopic Surgery Unit at Shamir Medical Center.
 
The Dutch defender will now begin his rehabilitation process under the supervision of the club’s medical and physical staff.
