The Passover food package collection project of Ahim Lasemel and the Maccabi Foundation was once again a great success. For the second time, more than NIS 1 million was donated by Maccabi fans through the Ambassadors Project, enabling the preparation of approximately 2,600 food packages for families in need ahead of the holiday, along with hundreds of food vouchers and 400 deliveries to soldiers in the north.
Just ahead of Passover, a special packing day was held at the Expo Tel Aviv complex, in accordance with Home Front Command guidelines. This time, a limited number of volunteers were able to participate, including Gali and Ziv Berman, while first team players: Sagiv Jehezkel, Ben Lederman and Itay Ben Hemo as well as club employees also stepped in to complete the mission and pack the food parcels.

This year, for the first time, ambassador Noa Shapirer broke the fundraising record, raising NIS 115,000 on her own. Noa joined the project in memory of her brother, Tomer Shpirer RIP, who was murdered on October 7th.

Additional support for the project came from sponsors CARGO, Profit, and Hinoma Motors, while Expo Tel Aviv also stepped in to host the special event.
